no, but i would recommend being patient and polite. If you called immediately after I posted, they may not have yet noticed the allocation being released. As we all know there are hardly any of these cars being sent to Canada so far, I imagine most dealers want to take their time deciding how to process it.
I see. I waited 3 days to call. I was polite, I Just asked them for an update and that was it

If anyone was hoping to cut in line and haven't recieved allocation yet, maple toyota (yellow) got their car already....with markup though . They wouldn't give me what I want for my trade and I don't want to pay markup so I passed.

If I wanted a manual Supra for April 2025, based off of current trends, when would you want to put a deposit down at a dealer?

My dealer in NB is saying I would be fine 12 months prior to that date, but I worry that might not be long enough.

Whenever the dealership gets an allocation and you're first in line, unfortunately it sucks that we can't order. I put a deposit at Thornhill for a yellow MT the day the manual was announced. I reached out and was told they're only getting one allocation this year and there are people ahead of me.

If you have the spare cash then putting deposit at multiple dealership is the best way. I think someone on the forum put a deposit for a yellow at markville around august\sept? and their cars already on the way (forgot username)

That really sucks.. I was hoping getting the car by August or September of this year.. but that is starting to look unlikely?

Highly unlikely in the Canadian market. But you can always call around, try smaller cities.

1500 for 3m! It's not even full hood. I think it's door cup, mirrors, and partial hood. What is security etching? Just tell them no to all those. Those aren't even from factory.

I'm starting to get really anxious now. Placed my name on the list for a 2023 MT, in CU Later Grey, in early Sep 2022, at Country Hills Toyota in Calgary, AB. I was told March 2023. Called the dealer and they said still no allocation yet. I really hope Toyota comes through for Canada.

I think most dealers get only about 1-2 supras a year. If you aren't 1st or 2nd on a wait list, I don't think you're getting a 2023. Maybe high volume dealers get more, but who knows.

Not trying to be negative but a lot of us have had deposits down since April of 2022, by September of 2022 I suspect a big dealer like Country Hills would have had at least a half dozen or so folks on their list. There's been roughly ~21 Supra 3.0 Premium MT's allocated so far and there are roughly 287 Toyota & Lexus dealerships in Canada (according to Google). 😳
