Alright, so I had a helluva time installing my first car parts. Which was air intake and JB4 with EWG. That literally took me 4 hours to do as an absolute beginner with no knowledge of tools or anything. Anyways I installed the JB4 map sensors starting from the waste gate to the middle section, then the top part by the oil cap. I had a reallllyyyy hard time with the middle port in front of the engine, and we ended up taking the entire white plastic clip off on accident then I fumbled with sweaty hands all over the sensor trying to fix it. I really shouldve wiped it clean and connected but i was so tired. Now im not sure if the check engine light is because of that, or if its because there is no account connected to the JB4 account... I bought this from a forum user and at the moment his account is still connected to the JB4. Is it due to that? or my fault for making the map sensor dirty with my hands?

Likely because their account is still linked. I had a similar situation where a linked JB4 tossed a CEL because it couldn't trick the car.
i REALLY hope so, the car drives perfectly fine when i took it on a little drive

Yup probably because of that. When you try to link your account a code will come up. Email it to the email present and the account will be unlinked, and you can link your new account.

stock cat? hope you are starting out on low maps
Catted downpipe, literally no maps or anything yet. The account holder of the JB4 is of the previous owner's. I am waiting for JB4Support to remotely unlink his account so I can connect. I got a drivetrain warning and CEL as soon as I started the car after working on it. Could either be intake sensor or the plug ins from JB4

Can you use the read codes feature yet? or have another scan tool?

did you disconnect battery when installing?
I only have the JB4 to read at the moment. I will check later if I can connect to the car without my account logged in. Also considering getting an OBDII MX

Definitely check out the wastegate and MAP sensor connections. It looks like something(s) aren't quite right.
Oh boy, does that mean I gotta take out the intake again ? ?
