Do these manifolds sell often? I'm curious since I just bought an aftermarket one but would love to recoup some of the expense by selling the OEM one.

Not really. I bought one because I had stripped a bolt while installing a port plate; can’t think of another reason someone would buy one
Edit: perhaps get the internals out and swap it to an aftermarket mani?
