I’m in my thirties, in the service. I am assuming there are at least some service members here. As we all know, our service members PCS to many different duty stations every couple of years. And most of us, usually have to travel across many states to visit family and friends. Here is the real question that we should be asking ourselves about the Supra. How practical is it to daily drive and the reliability of daily driving it?

Does it have an integrated roof rack system or do I need to buy some type of clip to the roof to use such a system? Here is a picture of my WRX with a Yakima roof rack system, Yakima Skybox and yes, that Uhual is hooked up to my WRX. This is an actual PCS picture I took during one of my moves.

Can it haul my Hobie Tandem Island?

1st, thank you for your service. With that said; was this thread really necessary? This car is as practicality as a: Corvette, Cayman, Viper, Z4, F-type, and etc.

WRX is made for on and off road duties. The Supra is made for road and track. Both cars serve different purposes. The Supra is good for daily driving. But if you want to put some roof rack system, or for hauling, I think it’s better to get a new WRX instead.

There are many options but yes they can pack everything. But there are certain things you do need to carry.

Sports cars and practicality doesnt go hand to hand

Putting roof racks on coupes improves ability to carry luggage but comprise weight and other things.

Proper Gran Turismo cars like the GTR, Aston Martin, Lexus LC, Mercedes S63, Porsche 911 4S, Ferrari 699 etc are all "comfortable", gadget-rich sports performance cars with back seats... but still very limited space and they are heavy

Get a performance wagon like the Levorg STI or if your budget is bigger a RS4/C63 Wagon etc or the hatch WRX STI and even the Nismo Juke (lol) could be options too

My wife and I have an Subaru Outback for long drives and weekend aways... she hates the bucket seats in my car and lack of space and rough ride...

I just wish it'd fit four wheels like the 86
Ha ha. I remember when I used to drive my track-prepped Datsun 510 with my track tires in the space where the backseat used to be. I used to dread the ride home. My goodness do hot r-compound tires stink!
