Get the eventuri, worth the money as there is performance data showing the research behind its gains. If you don't like loud induction noise though, look elsewhere. Cant speak for the rest but after my limited google research, it looks to be the best.

I would fix this - Eventuri is one of the quieter options compared to what he is asking for
