I am curious to know about the quality. Is it oem quality plastic? Does it yellow after a short period of time? Does it come clear coated? Can anyone that’s made the swap let me know their impressions? How are they holding up?
Thanks

where can i get the clear headlights installed in the socal area?
Any headlight repair or customization shop / person should be able to do it for you. Just search for headlight lens replacement.

From the mold to the material it’s OEM quality. PMMA is used for production which is the same material as the factory lens. It’s a UV resistant material so it won’t turn yellow.

it’s slightly thinner than the OEM lens. Mine was semi warped in the middle. They told me to kick rocks. I’m now waiting on my Morimoto ones to arrive tomorrow

I’ve heard this that they’re thinner and they yellow. I better check both of mine. I checked the right side and it’s good have to check the left.

Mine appeared fine visually till I went to put them on and on the top, it was a big dip in them. They said all their molds are like this. I can make it work, just more work than it should be imo.

Hi OP,
Very keen to get the clear lenses fitted to my rear lights, but don't know what type of shop to take it to, and get them swapped and glued on.
Not skilled enough to do it myself, but can easily get the lights off the back, bumper and light removal is fairly easy.
I'm in Australia, what type of shop / service should I google?

Hi! @custom_eyez_ on instagram does amazing work in Australia. He will be able to do the lens swap for you.

Here are some photos of his work with our lens.
