Hey there Supra community.. I bought a set of APEX wheels and a set of TPMS for them. My question is when I try to screw down the silver stem to the wheel is it bottoms out before it touches the wheel. There is a flared white piece of plastic mid stem that the cap hits before seating against rim. The TPMS are correct ones.. anyone install them from APEX before? Thanks for any advise.. I will post photo of issue tomorrow when I can take a photo.

Will need pictures. I installed a set of tpms I got off ebay that worked perfectly find same style as OEM sensors when I installed my APEX wheels and had zero issues.

Thanks, I spoke with APEX this morning and they said it is a tapered lock to prevent backing out. He said you can’t do it by hand and need a socket to install past the lock. I’ll give it a shot.

Yea we did use a socket when attaching them to make sure they were tight. Just don't over torque and make sure it's snug and you should be good
