Hi, I recently installed some HKS adjustable springs installed and now I'm getting this as what I can describe as a woosh (see video) sound when the car dives. It's very subtle under normal driving but I was able to recreate it by rolling up and over a speed bump. Does anyone have any ideas of where to start?

I'm using OEM struts but would like to note that I used a universal bellow as mine was torn. I did however ensure to use the stock tophot bearing. I'm going to reseat the spring today but wanted to see if anyone has heard that sounds and found a fix.

dampers are dead, good chance it doesn’t have any nitrogen pressure anymore

I have H&R lowering springs and mine do the same noise since I've installed them which was 5k miles ago. Pretty sure its just the shock compressing as mine only does it on hard bumps like speed bumps or bad dips in the road. Would be interested to see what others think about it.

Maybe the video doesn't convey it well. But that sounds like the strut in every car when they go over a speed bump.

Makes sense but it wasn't there before and I'm getting it constantly driving, I just used the speed bump to capture the sound as it was most obvious then.

I have the same experience. But after recent 2 days of driving the Nurngurg ring + 2x 800km autobahn, I can guarantee that they certainly work!
