I installed these new paddles today. I did not realize how thick and high quality these were until I placed one in my hand. Impressed. Perfect addition for my garage queen.

How was the install in terms of difficulty? Also, what brand did you get?

This is the 3D Design one.

Removing the air bag can be a challenge if one has not done these spring latching type before, but once removed it is very easy to do. Comes with Japanese instructions, but has useful illustrations on how to transfer the switch internals over to the new paddles.

Last week I installed my CG Precision 5 inch catted downpipe. After driving for a few days to let my Twisted Tuning e50 tune adapt I did a datalog and ran it through the quarter. My time stunk due to poor launch but I was very happy with my 124 mph trap speed.

I have to do some cosmetic garage ceiling repairs this summer so took advantage of the situation by ordering a new custom-fit car cover for my Supra. This way I can keep her outside on a calm day with the cover on while not getting rushed by changing weather conditions.

With age I don't move very fast so I like to do things at my own pace..

Your remedy is in this video...about the 3:30 mark. Side benefit of nice scenery in the video and I'm not talking about the Supra...lol.

Do any of you have a rattle coming from the passenger seatbelt anchor? It's on the passenger door side where it anchors to the seat (or floor can't remember). There appears to be a gap of about 0.3mm between 3 different metal parts that join in that area in layers where I believe my metallic rattle is coming from over rough roads. It does not matter whether there is a passenger in the seat wearing or not wearing the seat belt. No rattle over most roads, but over sharp bumps I hear one solid metallic rattle.

Last night I made a little spacer (washer) out of polycarbonate and slid it into the gap. Tapping the anchor area by hand, it muted the rattle considerably. I am hoping this fixes the rattle while driving. I have no other noise in the cabin. If it does fix the problem, I will post what I did. I won't be driving my Supra for another 10 days or so, however..

I remember I did this years ago in my old GTI as well by cutting a slit into a nylon washer and sliding it in btwn the belt and bolt. Does anyone know the anchor bolt size by chance?
