Issue for me was the vanos central bolt. I got to see it once removed. The bolt is sleeved and actuates based on oil pressure. My interior bolt section that actuates had seized and was barely allowing oil through. Potentially that seems like it could be catastrophic depending where it seized but...
You need to read the codes. Saying a cel came on with no details is essentially useless. There’s TONS of things that could cause a CeL and without codes it’s like digging for a needle in a haystack
I’ve got the exact same spec spacers and I don’t notice any kind of float at wot. Is your tire pressure correct? That’s the typical issue when my street radials are under inflated.
also is it seated correctly both the spacer on the hub and the wheel on the spacer?

I’m guessing you mean what kind of paint you’re applying the ceramic too. There isn’t a ceramic coating that makes your paint matte or pearl etc. at least nothing that I’ve heard about in any kind of detailing and ceramic I’ve ever done over the years but I don’t do it for a living
