Thanks for the confirmation. P.S. waiting to see what those new 5 spoke's look like when you can share and if they fit these big brakes ;)
Yes it looks like its going to be very wheel specific. I was just looking at pictures and this is rwense's and there's not a ton of room with the smaller...
Has anyone looked at fitting 18" wheels on the final editions with the bigger brakes (374mm rotors)? Googling says 18's do fit on the M lite cars but from a quick look at my current factory wheel clearance has the barrel about 3/8" away from the calipers. Is the barrel on an 18" a full half inch...
Do you want to keep the wrap? If not I would have them remove the wrap so you can inspect before purchase. If they won't do that, probably a good sign to just walk on it
Put my bumper on today. I've got some steep driveways so no splitter for me. For those who are worried about how much lower it is you can run it without the splitter. It is still about 1 in lower and extends out another 2 inches from the stock bumper. And yes badge is waiting to go on after PPF

Ha yeah, it was just lowered off the jack and hadn't settled.... just noticed that when I posted it. Thankfully not that high in real life
But yes, I need a drop
Friend of mine is literally cross shopping the GR-GT and replacing his targa. Purchased 5 straight new 911s and the costs are out of control, he is currently expecting to replace it with a GR-GT depending on the final pricing when it comes out
The plastic enclosure has a giant hole in the bottom. It is not sealed by itself. There is a photo earlier in the thread showing the green gasket that seals the plastic enclosure to the metal of the car. The metal of the car has holes on top that lead into the big space where the batting is...
As said above, you can't just go up through the carpet panel. I did it like in this video. Pulling all the plastic is the scariest part - and when you pull the panel with the 2 speakers below the seat belt, there are clips that go down behind the lower panel, not really explained in the video...
I did the normal mods here but was unhappy with the low hit - just not quite enough for me. So I swapped out my speakers with the Earthquake SWS 4ohm versions. Plug and play (includes spacer ring and wiring adapter to plug into OEM harness). Low hits are WAY better than the stockers - I haven't...
