I find that it is not as bad as some of the other modern manual cars I've driven and owned. I find that I only really think about it during the 1st to 2nd shift. The rest are ok for me.
GR Yaris is quite a lot worse in comparison.
A single mass lightweight flywheel does seem to help but it...
Check the tonneau cover? There are two small legs that fit into two grooves in the side trim panel. If it’s not snapped into place, you would hear some creaking sound behind you.
Did you do the rears as well? Any changs to the master cylinder?
How does the brake feel in comparison? And is there a need to program anything? ABS module etc...
Anyone can verify if that website is legit?
Number 2 and 3 are the solid bush for the Supra's rear subframe and according to the press material for the Supra Final Edition, it states that it runs the same solid mount like the GT4 race car, so I'm wondering if it's the same exact part.
That's kinda what i'm hoping for as well.
Seeing what they did with the launch of the GRMN GR Yaris. They released some of the parts for the regular GR Yaris owners who may not be lucky enough to own the actual GRMN version.
I think these are the diff mount bushings. The ones I'm referring to are the 4 large ones surrounding the entire subframe to the body of the car.
I'm sure the ones you posted are a good change as well as i can clearly see one of y'all have already torn the factory one. ?
I think one of the core improvements is to swap out the factory rear subframe bushings with solid ones (millway etc). If you see the Verkline subframe, the mouting points to the chassis is much smaller - doing away with the factory rubber bush. This makes the subframe mount much more solidly to...
They are not. In fact, I think this is the cause of the "bump steer" as what some people are experiencing when pushing the car hard on track especially with sticky tyres.
Speedengineering - a german engineering company that frequents the Nurburgring highlighted the soft rear subframe bushings...
I spoke to the dealer and they think the newer iOS might be “too new” for the Supra’s system.
Hope Toyota issues an update for the infotainment system soon.
This is why I really dislike having fancy infotainment tech in my cars. They are never as stable as an old school simple Bluetooth...
I realized that it’s because I updated my Apple phone’s software to iOS17 that started the issue.
I used a much older iPhone with iOS 15.4 and it ran flawlessly.
I also realized with iOS17 and 17.3, if I run the connection with Apple CarPlay, it’s fine.
It only crashes when I use Bluetooth...
Hi guys, I’m facing similar issues as well on my 2023 MT.
Bluetooth audio just freezes and doesn’t allow me to skip songs. I have to skip the songs from my phone. When it freezes, the song album cover doesn’t show up sometimes as well.
I have to switch off the car and on to rectify it.
Anyone...
I’ve just recently experienced this in my 2023 MT.
when this happens, I realized I can’t skip songs with the infotainment system as well. I have to skip the songs from my phone. It feels like the system is stuck and although the music is playing, i can’t change anything else via the...
