The one i got was sitting on the dealer lot. As far as i've been aware, there are plenty available. Maybe you can cancel your order and just check your local dealerships?
I have the extended warranty on mine but i got mine for free. They added it on as a freebie since they messed up initially on my pricing and i had driven 4 hours to get the car.
great article. interesting how the 3.0 can only achieve the 50-50 weight ratio WITh driver and passenger, whereas the 2.0 achieves it naturally without anyone inside.
It makes sense why Japanese drivers prefer the 2.0. There arent really any long straight roads and having more power doesnt...
I read about it in a car magazine about a year ago right after the Supra was released. As for the video, Albon made a really good video about it on youtube.
One thing i noticed is how so many people talk about how its a Z4 chassis or how Toyota just took the Z4 and then made the exterior look different.
From what i'v read and the few youtube videos i've watched, i've been under the impression that the Z4/Supra chassis was co-designed by both Toyota...
gorgeous car. I have an A91 in the same blue and its the best. As for lowering springs i recommend the HKS spring kit. It effectivly turns your stock suspension into adjustable coilovers so you retain the adaptive suspension but you gain the benefit of adjustment.
I have to say the craziest thing is that noone seems to know what kind of diff the 2.0 has. I just watched 4 different reviews on it and half said it was an open diff and the other half said it was a traditional mechanical LSD. Even Toyota's website doesnt tell us what it has, it just shows...
nice! In my head i always imagined the 2.0 as Toyota's "turbo 86". The great thing to is that the Supra has an even shorter wheelbase than the 86 which gives it better turn in. Match that with the Supra technically being a Front Mid-engine car, the way it handles weight is very different from...
I'd love to get your thoughts on the 2.0 compared to the 86. I owned a BRZ back in 2016 and loved that car. Even supercharged it at one point for more power but went back to NA after realizing the engine just didnt seem like it could handle it. I loved that car and had a lot of fun with it...
I think keep in mind a lot of people who have purchased the 3.0 might also be more against the 2.0 in part to pull themselves away as far as they can from the 2.0.
I mean lets be honest, the 2.0 actually goes against everything that makes it a Supra. I believe this was Toyota's way of giving...
whew thank god. It looks pretty good in the same orange they used in the M3 in the past but the Misano blue is better imo...sorry, refraction blue =D.
I guess i could always get the car wrapped. Green is my color of choice but no sports cars (except teh hakone 86) come in that type of green.
Go further out. I got my A91 for almost Invoice, after tax and fees it came out to around 57k OTD. (they still charge Bay Area tax even though i was out in Redding). I had a good amount of negative equity from my trade in so my monthly is higher than it should be but this never would have...
So i've had the car for about two weeks now. I have about 800 miles on it, done the first fluid change and have since driven it a bit more spiritedly since i first got it.
I have to say, this thing is amazing to drive. It has some BMW quirks that were present in the M2C. Like the slight dead...
Dream car is so subjective. My dream car ever since i was 16 was the Honda S2000. Now i own one and it only cost me 20k.
I think any car can be someone's dream car as long as it fits the requirements needed. And tbh owning a 50k car nowadays at 18-21 isnt actually that hard. Most kids arent...
i find it can also depend on location. The dealerships around me within a 30 min drive were quoting me 1000$ a month for 3 year lease with 10k miles a year for 1500$ down.
A dealership 4 hours from me quoted me 600$ for an A91 for the exact same lease mileage and timeframe and same down...
