This is interesting data - thanks for sharing! I'm looking forward to hearing sound clips and reading the real-world experience people post here. I'm currently running the MSTv2 intake, and while I love the sound (and performance), the fitment is not what I expected and I imagine the heat soak...
Interesting. Thank you for the information. Modifying intake/exhaust for me is almost purely for sound purposes, so I appreciate this approach to engineering the product. Curious though, did you dyno test a box that was completely closed? It appears the slots are the opposite turbo-side so the...
Two questions and a comment:
1. Why the slots in the side of the airbox if this mates up to the factory cold air inlet?
2. Re: the heat shield, will this fit with the Verus turbo heat shield installed?
3. Please don't ever move away from the clip securing the inlet pipe to the turbo. ?
Nope! Sorry, mirror is still in the car, though let me think about this. Motor mounts (with stiffest inserts) + catless downpipe make it practically useless and there's probably a better solution.
Howdy! I haven't been around much because of life. However, work on the Supra continues. I've removed almost the entire interior from my '21 3.0 Premium, minus the rear upper hatch plastic (the hatch seals against it), door panels, center console, and dash. Below are pictures of the seats, seat...
I'm guessing the answer is likely "no," but beyond custom artwork, do you plan on creating any Supra kit in the future? Will the Supra always hold a special place in your heart? ?
Good luck. I've got about 15 of these rattling around the engine. Have never been able to track down a part number for it separately from a whole connector. This seems like something you could buy a bag of 1000 of on Wish, though.
Same. I was looking at Porsches and used C7s in the early stages of the pandemic before prices blew up. They were all going to be more money out of the gate, more to maintain, and would have had about the same level of performance. This car also benefits from significant performance gains for...
I did the rear traction links early on help address wheel hop that I was experiencing. I've posted this elsewhere, but can confirm it does help address this issue on the car, and doing solid aluminum diff mounts pretty much eliminates it.
