yea i was pissed so i brought it back and made them fix it. other employees heard it go down that the guy messed up so that was enough for me lol. the scratch is hidden enough but it's pretty deep

I did that the first time I got it replaced. The second time, the shop now had the recalibration tool in shop. But they messed up on the rear view mirror install and got condensation in the sensor causing codes. They sent a mobile guy to my house who knew what he was doing and fixed it right...

I installed the CTS catted downpipe today. good lord it was a pain to get it off and on. and i forgot to swap the gasket over so i had to pull it out and redo lol (first time installing a dp) next...dme unlock/ecutek 93 oct tune/lowering springs install (have the parts already)

I can see how the steering wheel could feel lacking. I test drove an f80 M3 before the supra and the M3's wheel was THICC compared to the A90. Of course, I'm fine with the stock wheel coming from a boring 325i lol but maybe down the line will consider an aftermarket one. Ive read many people...
