Hi all,
There have been a number of posts of doing this mod by taking the front bumper off, however I wasn't prepared to do that and someone had posted a link to a YouTube video going through the wheel well, so I thought I'd attempt that method, all in it took me just under an hour to complete...
I added the low tone horn, really easy through the wheel well.
I was greeted with this as i removed the fender liner, is the oil cooler supposed to look like this, It looks like its leaking?
New horn in position ??
It is something that concerns me that the actual service book calls for first oil change at 20k or 2 years! I do have the service package so when it's a year old I may drop them a line to get it sorted...
I've had the back box mod done at PCW he removed the wadding and removes the perforated pipe to make it sound louder, i've also removed the fuse for the flap to keep it permanently open, it sound great in normal mode and does some small pops, sound better in sport with more pops definitely worth...
Let us know how you get on, a colleague turned up in his F type v8 it was very nice ?? but he was complaining about mpg only getting 18mpg haha, which is why I kind of made the move to a supra from a mustang, I do miss v8 noises but I'm in love with the supra
I got done recently for "show plates" ironic thing was it was a mobile speed camera and still read it perfectly... but they stated if I infringed it again I'd lose my reg ?
I don't get why it's such a big deal I was still displaying a plate with the correct digits for my reg and ultimately...
Depends how i feel and circumstances nearer the time, i may just get another supra i will definitely get another one if they do a supra targa, but I'm thinking BMW M240i in thundernight purple. i think the new M2 is overpriced and not much more performance over the xdrive M240i. Other than that...
I just used the sto n sho off my mustang, it does need drilling into the front lip but it's under the car and well hidden.
I wonder if that mount would fit a full 7 digit plate? ?
Plate on...
Plate off...
This thread jinxed me, I read it on my lunch break, then today driving home from office I hear such a horrible noise turns out to be stone between rotor and shield ?
You n me both, I keep a cloth in the car to keep it clean, I had to tell my 6yo off for putting her dirty shoes on the dashboard, nice brown scuff that luckily buffed out ??
It's similar to AutoCAD but I use it to do 3D printing too when im not using it for overhead line engienering ?, i export the model as stl to the slicer for my printer and works pretty well.
