It also depends on tire selection. The 200tw class tires are usually a bit oversized compared to higher tw tires with same listed size. The oem michelin 275 will likely fit with no issue.

Can we have some commentary added on when a fuel line upgrade is required? Is the whole system 5/16 or does it only step down in size in the engine bay? Ie adding an aux pump and port injectors, can't imagine that the 5/16 line in the bay is good for power and the additional flow needed for pi.

May or may not help but I'd recommend a plug and play harness. The taps will work but I feel you get a better connection with plugs. You sure you have the latest and greatest firmware? Have you reached out to motiv? They're pretty good about helping diagnose issues.
