Hi all. So I have a problem with my Motiv reflex not connecting to my TunerPro RT program. I was on MHD car was fully built by Jordan at RKtunes. He did wires, turbo, everything and it worked perfectly but then I moved the car from NY to FL and needed a new tune so I moved to ECUTEK this time by Botti (it’s a 2020 Supra had it on my last one, wanted it again). I already tried the troubleshooting of checking my wires (counting the pins and making sure it’s puncturing the wire), changing my usb cable to the computer, etc. I unplug and plug the main wires to the motiv reflex itself and it connects to the motiv firmware bootloader after I do that each time. I flashed the correct files and now I’m moving onto TunerPro RT but no matter what I’ve been doing it will not detect it. On the troubleshooting page of Motiv’s website it says if you unplug and then plug and it connects but then disconnects you need to change the 12c power wire source. How is it connecting to the motiv firmware but not TunerPro RT. I followed the video on Motiv’s YouTube but still no luck.
Add: I know 99% of the time it’s the wiring but I don’t understand why it worked before and now I switch platforms it’s not responding
Add 2: it’s not detecting at all help please lol
*SOLVED*
Got in contact with Motiv, they tapped in my computer and flashed everything and now it is all good to go! If you ever have a problem or confusion with Reflex+ or anything of that nature, just contact them. I promise they will respond and solve your issue, absolute savages love this company.
