If anyone wants to get rid of the subframe vibration absorber, please sell it to me. See https://www.supramkv.com/threads/wtb-subframe-vibration-absorber-bolts.36443/
Hi all,
I'm looking to buy the following as shown in the pic. Please DM me your offers. Thanks.
1 x vibration absorber
1 x bolt for the absorber
1 x clip to secure the boil + absorber
4 x bolts on the lsd
Thank you.
I'm running the green(95A) ones installed by a shop right now, but it introduces too much NVH to be a daily driver. So I'm thinking to swap it with the 80A ones myself. Glad to know we don't have to hammer it in so I can just do it on my own without taking off the whole rear subframe.
Hi Supra owners,
Does anybody have installed the Revshift Subframe bushings? I already took off the OEM bushings. While installing the new bushings, did you need to harmer it through, or was it easy to install them just by hands with some grease?

Hi @Thraxbert, thank you so much for the write up. Is there any NVH increase after you swap to solid subframe bushings? I’m considering doing the same thing - aluminum bushings, but would like to understand the NVH situation first. Also which solid bushing did you use?
Thanks!
Someone in the thread said if you just mount the bottom part of the inserts, it would not introduce that much NVH but provide 80% of the stiffness. I'm going to give it a try.
I don't think transmission mounts only will offer that improvement. So I also swapped the shifter bushing to Rogue Engineering G8X M2 / M3 / M4 shifter carrier bushing kit, which eliminates the rubbery feeling and offers a more precise shift experience.
Throttle response is not just about engine tuning—it's about how quickly and predictably engine power reaches the ground.
Stiff mounts reduce compliance in the drivetrain.
Less flex = less delay or "mushiness" when you press the throttle.
Result: Sharper, more immediate acceleration, especially...
Hi Strat-Supra, I'm now running with the powerflex transmission mounts only and looking to further upgrade with the engine mounts and diff brace. The transmission mounts already make a lot of NVH, making me think if adding those two will make it even worse...
How's your experience so far with...
