Yes this replaced the oem cover. And I was able to leave the bumper on. There is a row of bolts on the forward side that are captured in place by the bumper, but you can loosen them enough with an open-ended wrench to slide the oem cover out and the new one in since the covers are slotted in...

Put on a few more Chinese CF treats-radiator cover, coolant cover, and canards.

I have installed with armytrix catless dp also. Can confirm op’s claim of scaring people. I occasionally make people literally jump when it lights off, and I almost feel bad sometimes. Amazing exhaust, great price here.

This was the first performance car I’ve bought with an A/T, after owning and driving for a year I have absolutely no regrets and I’m actually quite thankful I didn’t go with the M/T (even though it was a tough pill to swallow at the time). I see 5 and 6 speed cars now and just think “slowwww”
