As promised. Note, I find the scale accurate but I would not want to perform any scientific calculations on the results ;)
Curious to know if this matches the claims. Pretty light wheels for 19"s though I think!

Hey All,
I ended up buying the wheels as a Christmas present for my gf from the link @LaTxAg linked above (thanks again!). Her OEM summer tires will be mounted on them (I had her get Michelin All Seasons on the OEM wheels).
I was super nervous that I would get scammed buying from the UK but...
Any update on this? I emailed the seller linked above - will see if they respond. Not sure if their price is per wheel or for the set?
Also, the part numbers provided here do not seem to be correct - or online dealer parts systems are not updated.
It looks like the OP left a great deal of room between him and the car in front. So much so I was wondering "Why did he stop now?" until I remembered he was driving a Supra and the low stance and overhead blockage make it impossible to see (not to mention letting people in front of you room to...
Good deal - I read the thread again on the X3 forum and it seems they may have started using it again.
Bummer that Toyota did not do the thread inserts in the body - much cleaner look and more secure connection. Just looks like a hole in the car without.
If there is a plate on the rear, chances are they used the plate holder. Unless, god forbid, they screwed the plate directly into the body.
I would recommend getting the good plate holder though: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07233KS7D/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1...
Not sure if any of you have looked at the back plate but it is a freakin' mess - there is no mounting holes/threaded inserts built into the body (like a BMW) so the dealer haphazardly tapped screws into the car for the plate mount.
On top of that, they used screws too long to mount the plate to...
Let me start out by saying congrats! Also, that there is a Supra 3.0 and BMW X3MC in the family.
Regarding the hate, I first went to the "other" forum and got nothing but angry comments to a simple question on the new Supra so I headed over here. Much more helpful bunch of people.
Now...
Good to hear a review.
What size plugs do you get? I should get some to keep in the cars.
Edit: From the site it seems mini is the correct size for a passenger tire. But I do recall reading it is only good to 35 PSI or something?
Here's the other one I found but does not specify if it is/is not an overlay:
https://www.supra-star.com/store/product/2020-up-toyota-gr-supra-a90-carbon-door-switch-covers-lhd
Does anyone know of a quality carbon fiber piece to replace the door trim which is not an overlay and replaces the actual OEM piece?
This is the part I am referencing (but these are overlays - from FTSpeed):
Had the same issue with the lack of the driver's side (I think - one of them was not there).
I'm not sure if that particular set of Envisons were old, but we ended up returning because they were not quite.
I think I'll wait to find a set of Icons - put the OEMs back on in the interim.
I also...
PPF will do a great deal in protecting paint. Couple that with not tailgating and you can eliminate 90% of damage.
XPEL seems to be the industry standard and is thicker than a lot of other films (which makes it harder to install). XPEL requires that installers be licensed but also check...
Really? I have read good things about the MS Pilot Super Sports and they have performed well in the summer.
What better tire is there and what is the issue with these?
At least most/all here seem to get the Michelins PSS. With BMW M you get to play the tire lotto with Michelin PS4S as the...
