I've used Nealey plugs in the past and still have a few...best plugs in the business, IMHO. The only system that actually patches the inside of the tire. I drill the hole out, just like in the video. The kit is in the trunk, next to the can of goo.

What size plugs do you get? I should get some to keep in the cars.

Edit: From the site it seems mini is the correct size for a passenger tire. But I do recall reading it is only good to 35 PSI or something?

Do you usually keep this in your car all the time? Trying to get an idea of how much space this thing would take up.

I only plan on keeping it in the car for long trips. It will mostly be a stand by kit for our group in case someone gets a flat.

Where we hang out it will only be a 20 minutes phone call away. I would rather someone use it versus waiting 2 hours for a flat bed and tow to a nearby tire shop.

I keep mine in my car all the time. If you don't use the trunk cover there's plenty of room for miscellaneous stuff like groceries, bags, etc. I was going to get one anyways, but my wife said I HAD to have one if I wanted to take the car on road trips. I can fit a full size 50lb suitcase in there no problem. Not much room for a lot else but you can fit small stuff around the sides of that.

Yes the jack works great and fits on stock height car no problem.

Thanks for the the pics! Unfortunately I'm in an area where the load cover is kinda necessary but it doesn't look like the tire would have trouble fitting under. I intend to do what you and @Loco38SUP do and just throw it in for a road trip. My biggest fear is a flat and dealing with towing especially if I'm pretty far out.
