From an Autoevolution.com article:
According to NHTSA campaign number 20V-700 filed by BMW of North America,“the weld between the fuel tank halves may not have been performed according to specifications.” This issue leads to weld separation in the worst-case scenario, “creating an unreasonable...
If anyone is wondering, the front holes use (2) M10x1.5mm thread x 40mm long bolts. The rear holes take (2) M8x1.25mm thread x 50mm long bolts and (2) M8x1.25mm nuts. Washers wouldn’t hurt either.
You may have to wait a little longer to reset it. It doesn’t let you reset it through the diagnostic menu until either the miles or time has been fully elapsed. Try resetting it again today being that it’s a new month.
Not to go too far off topic but, yes the Supra definitely beats the evo in comfort, daily-driveability, features, convenience. As far as performance and handling I can't really say much because I never really tracked any of them aside from the dragstrip. For the evo to beat the supra in the...
I recently sold my '03 evo 8. It was the fifth evo I ever owned and by far the most fun to drive. It didn't have all the bells and whistles the later generations had, so you felt so much more in touch with the car and the road. No electronic throttle, steering, cruise, etc. And when you mashed...

Sounds like rev hang. In previous cars I’ve owned this was the result of a vacuum issue, but in this case it’s more likely to be ecu related. Also being a modern drive by wire, eco engined car probably doesn’t help.
For anyone looking for a cheap and fast alternative to the current options available, you could try this. I can verify it virtually eliminates wind buffeting at normal driving speeds, including highway driving. I only tried it up to around 80 mph with both windows down and it definitely is an...
