    I would check back once a week for the next few weeks and he doesn’t respond then dispute your charges, get a refund and move on to a different tuner.

    Charge back and refund was considered but it’s been too long to dispute with credit card company. Lesson learn, don’t be intimidated it’s ok to ask before it’s too late.

    Had this issue too and Toyota tried to blame it on my CF steering wheel. Took it to a different dealership that knew wtf they’re doing and had the steering angle recalibrated and fixed.

    Just strange that I’ve had the Visconti kit for over a year and all of a sudden the gremlins.

    The shop spent a couple days diagnosing and couldn’t find what was the root cause was. However through all this my car was still running fine. Just annoying to see my tach twitch up to 3k rpm at a stop light and constant battery drains.

    Wished I would’ve taken some pictures now that I think about it because there’s a big difference in the harness quality! 5ive’s harness for sure was way better quality.

    I had the Visconti reflex kit on my car for sometime however I started experiencing issues. Car didn’t fully go to sleep mode, dash lights stays on, windshield wipers would twitch, and tach would glitch. Got the 5ive Performance kit and all fixed.
