  1. New (Unconfirmed) Details and Specifications of US-Spec MKV Supra:

A little off topic but there is a 600hp LC-F in the making or so I've heard. IMO the LFA was the spiritual successor of the MKIV and the LC-F is going to be the LFA's successor. Only issue is it costs a fortune making it impossible to modify. If only it was Toyota branded with 1000lbs less in...
  2. New (Unconfirmed) Details and Specifications of US-Spec MKV Supra:

I hope the 4-cylinder version is called Celica and looks a little different like what was written in those Facebook comments awhile back. I mean Tada did say a Supra must have an inline 6...
  3. 2020 Supra prototype at Goodwood Festival of Speed (photos/videos)

Do we know if the camo is just vinyl wrap or a slightly less thicker layer than whatever it was on the mule?
  4. Latest 2020 Supra Interior Spy Pics!

Not to get too technical but swapping anything would require much more than a few bolts and custom mounts. Until the ECU is cracked and you are able to disable most of the safety features and signals coming from and to the stock auto trans I don't think you'll be able to drive it at full power...
  5. New (and old) SupraMKV members say hello!

Been a lurker for a year or so, made this account recently and posted on a few other threads. I've been a Tundra/3UR enthusiast since before I got my driving license in 2010. Got my regular cab in 2011 and built it through the years. Currently the most powerful Tundra in the world at 1045whp...
  6. 2020 Supra prototype at Goodwood Festival of Speed (photos/videos)

From my experience, rarely does a video make a car sound better than it does in person. Also from the video of the cold start under the booth tent, the first rev was muffled and then later sounded much better. It's pretty safe to say it has an exhaust valve system.
  7. New (Unconfirmed) Details and Specifications of US-Spec MKV Supra:

450/2900 would be insane, that's equivalent of a GTR/Hellcat power to weight ratio in a car that can actually turn. The mentality that X beats Y in a straight line will always be a factor. If the past 5 years or so of TRC and 1320 street race videos prove anything is that the highway was and...
  8. New (Unconfirmed) Details and Specifications of US-Spec MKV Supra:

While I do appreciate that we have the capacity to make that much power, a highway warrior with a ton of HP would up the sales quite a bit where I'm from. Maybe this is the mid-cycle GRMN edition that would be a drag strip beast instead of some aero/suspension and +50hp for circuit track. "Here...
  9. New (Unconfirmed) Details and Specifications of US-Spec MKV Supra:

I'm listening... are they looking to make a Hellcat/GT500/ZR1/GTR killer?! I'd think 500-600hp in this chassis should be enough but I don't mind 700hp :headbang:
  10. 2020 Toyota Supra A90 prototype will debut and run at Goodwood Festival of Speed this week!

Official account said it will start in 10 minutes.
  11. New (Unconfirmed) Details and Specifications of US-Spec MKV Supra:

At that point they might as well have started from scratch :dunno:
  12. New (Unconfirmed) Details and Specifications of US-Spec MKV Supra:

A100? I doubt any of us will live that long.
  13. New (Unconfirmed) Details and Specifications of US-Spec MKV Supra:

That is a bit contradictory though, right? "the Supra will retain a straight six" but still receives a 4 cyl... I know the chances of it getting a TT V6 is slim to none but...
  14. New (Unconfirmed) Details and Specifications of US-Spec MKV Supra:

I read all 64 pages. Granted it took me a week or two so I might have forgotten something but I don't see why Toyota can't use a Toyota engine in a Toyota car. The chassis and the Inline 6 was co-developed with BMW, fine. But this 4 cyl engine is coming from where? if it is also from BMW or...
  15. New (Unconfirmed) Details and Specifications of US-Spec MKV Supra:

Are we sure the Supra isn't getting the TT V6 from Lexus? SZ-R = Turbo I6 RZ = TT V6 I guess it goes against most of the rumors but it would explain the weight difference. I mean Nissan went V6 everything in the past decade. And even though most would dislike a V6 Supra, 415HP and 440TQ (from...
