They've created a dangerous safety situation mixing summer and all-season tires, which should NEVER be done on a car. It affects stability under braking and turning.
If they do not play ball, you may have to take it up with Toyota corporate.
This. Common BMW shiftknob L.
I still have anxiety from the first time I accidentally ripped the shift knob off in my old Mini back in the day.
If that doesn't do it you might just replace the whole knob/boot assembly, I have the part number somewhere if you need it - PM me.
Folks, this is the kind of thinking you do when you run your life with Micosoft Excel.
Also be sure to evaluate potential mating partners using a spreadsheet with no fewer than sixteen data points and microwave your steaks for the fastest cooking times.

This is one of the things I like about the 6MT Supra coming from a GT350 as it suffers the same problem to a degree. Redline in first gear in the GT350 is 54mph (vs 49mph for the 981 GT4) and 78mph in second (vs 83mph for the GT4.)
Around town, the Supra feels faster and just has torque...
Thanks! Looks like the video includes some details on install which will be helpful to me on making the decision whether to get one as I'll likely be installing it myself. I will have to check it out later.
That power bleeder will be clutch (in the second definition of the word) whenever you decide to change out the OE brake fluid for a more track-capable one.
If you have any thoughts of tracking, Castrol SRF, Motul RBF, or Endless brake fluids are all really decent.
It's really simple.
Regardless of what happens when you side-step the clutch, the CDV acts as a damper.
The spring pressure you feel comes from the diaphragm spring on the clutch. That spring transmits force hydraulicly to your foot. The clutch delay valve limits the flow of that hydraulic...
That would be a waste of time and I expect the Toyota one may be harder to find and/or more expensive.
That referenced part number is literally identical to the OEM one in every visible way but for the presence of the delay valve just inside the hydraulic connection.
I purchased mine from FCP...
Just use BMW part 21526785964 - it's identical except that it doesn't have the delay valve.

Phil is deliberately obtuse in every thread that mentions CDV delete. Just ignore him.
The combination of unexpected revs (due to rev hang) and unexpected slow clutch engagement (due to CDV) results in unexpected or unintentional slipping of the clutch. Removing either of those contributing...
Phil is quick to jump on any post with a mention of CDV delete and antagonize even though he:
Admittedly has never driven a car before and after a CDV delete.
Thinks it does nothing, despite BMW making identical parts with and without it for... some reason?
Can't heel-toe. To be fair to Phil...
It's a really fancy automatic Mustang GT Premium with an even more useless backseat.
I think it's main rival currently would be the BMW M8. It's about the same weight/size and performance, but the LC is a bit cheaper than the M8. Notably, the M8 came out after the LC.
I'm sure some people...
And the hypothetical LC500-based MkV may have gotten an Aisin, probably a RC variant. Or more likely, no manual at all. So what? Did you read a single word of the rest of the post you are quoting? I laid out why I think they shouldn't have rolled their own MkV based on the LC500.
Do you have...
This is exactly how I felt getting out of a GT350 and into a Supra. Nothing compares to taking the GT350 to the 8250RPM redline and then shifting and doing it again. Unfortunately, you shift into third gear at 83 MPH in the GT350 if you do that, and there's nobody home in terms of torque on...
