  1. Squeak when engaging clutch

Can just barely hear it, I don't have this issue on my Supra. Other than brake pad squeak, the only thing I can think of is clutch pedal mechanism squeak (is the noise coming from interior?), clutch master cylinder (I had similar noise on my 86, had to lube the plunger which was accessible from...
  2. Re: Manual Transmission, is there a warning to prevent over rev AKA money shifting?

Give it time, you will get used to it. One other thing I like about the slammer is the size, fits my hand way better than the stock knob of both my previous 86 and Supra, its like they were designed for tiny Japanese hands.
  3. Re: Manual Transmission, is there a warning to prevent over rev AKA money shifting?

I have been debating it also, I have the slammer from the 86 and just need the NTA adapter. If you do it, can you provide feedback?
  4. Re: Manual Transmission, is there a warning to prevent over rev AKA money shifting?

Suggestion, based on my experience with my previous car which was a 2014 Toyota 86 GTS, replace shift knob with heavier one (Raceseng Slammer, 1.4lbs), it fixed all issues I had with the feel of that gearbox...
  5. Oh boy, I should have bought a stick

I think I have a small tyre leak, this morning my TPMS read 34 psi on 3 tyres, but the front RH tyre was 32 psi. I inflated all tyres to 34 psi yesterday, what do I do sir?
  6. How to Make the Supra as Loud as it Looks?

    Hmm, yes,.............I'm waiting
  7. How to Make the Supra as Loud as it Looks?

Hi there, didn't want to start another thread, so instead circle back on this topic. Totally agree with the above post as it's my experience also. Last Friday I test drove my friend's September 2023 build Auto GR Supra GTS and I was surprised how much better it sounds compared to my August 2023...
  8. Nissan Z vs Toyota Supra

Yes I am aware of that, but his reference to the Resurrection as "some bullshit story of a dead guy coming back to life" more explicitly offends Christians (like myself) because this hits at the heart Christianity, Easter is the most important event in the Christian Calendar.
  9. Nissan Z vs Toyota Supra

It ain't a bullshit story d$ckhead, get your facts straight Zachary. I'm sure you wouldn't be so offensive if The Prophet Muhammad or a Muslim event was the topic??
  10. Official ABSOLUTE ZERO WHITE Supra Club Thread

WTF? Someone did that to you car?
  11. Issues with startup

Maybe leftover E30 in the tank mixing with the 93 creating a cocktail your 93 tune is not optimised for?
  12. 6spd fluid change how to

I recommend always loosen fill plug first, just in case over-tightened or cross threaded, you don't want to empty it to find you can't fill it lol
  13. 2021 Supra battery replacement

I am sure you still need to register the battery (by the way, are you related to Valerie Bertinelli?)
  14. 2021 Supra battery replacement

Not done this myself as I only just got my car, but I've read you will need BimmerCode to code the Battery Capacity & Battery Type, then use BimmerLink to actually register the new battery after coding. Now I am not sure if you need to use BimmerCode if you are replacing the OEM battery with...
  15. Start stop 2023 supra

Just curious, what do you want to code in your Cluster?
  16. Start stop 2023 supra

Yes, I noticed 2 BimmerCode updates came through in the last week or so. Anyway, I did the iDrive soft reset and no change, ASD still not active. Might try the hard reboot per Chris's Bimmers instructions for iDrive 6.
  17. Start stop 2023 supra

I saw a YouTuber "Chris's Bimmers" instruction and apparently iDrive 6 or less, you supposed to hold the "mode" button + "volume" knob or "eject" button, but he said don't quote him and he was planning to show in a future video (which I think hasn't happened).
  18. Start stop 2023 supra

An update on my ASD saga (which is still not working), I used the Z4 option to read the ECU, like the Supra option, it states current condition is "Unassigned Value". I used expert mode and had a look at the various settings and they look normal (based on the "Bimmercode for Dummies" default...
