What’s the difference with full unlock vs. partial unlock?

Is it possible to get close to 500hp with JB4 and bolt-ons e.g. down pipe, intake, etc.? Only looking for max of 500’ish, would be great if I didn’t have to unlock my ECU and get there with a JB4 ?cc: @Jesse DaBears
