Ahh the B58 for that around town fuel efficiency and responsiveness while the 4x Rolls-Royce Trent 900s let you easily pass on the highrunway with an extra 240,000lbs of thrust.
The '20 is obnoxious too; it was kind of fun for a while to turn the car into an MG42, but it got old pretty quick when you're downshifting in populated areas, at low speed, and the car still sounds like a warzone (sure I could turn off sport mode, but nah :) )
$100m per year according to "reports", Ferrari must've really wanted to get him. I wonder if there is some kind of clause in his contract for if Bono wanted to leave Merc?
I'm happy about the move because F1 really needed some good Silly Season shit - it's just a shame that it wasn't a move for...
I meant that race control/whoever should've told Red Bull to swap as soon as it happened; simple accident that was caused by the track conditions that were fucking everyone over a little at first, so just get it reset and move on with the race.
I feel like Max only got 5 seconds because they dicked around for far too long trying to determine what they should've done; he should've just been immediately told to return the place.
So here's a question then, reading online that, according to the regs, FP3 & quali have to be delayed because "FP3 cannot start until at least 18 hours after the conclusion of FP2." & "Quali has start between 2-3 hours after FP3"...
So will FP3 & Quali be delayed into the early morning hours OR...
RIP FP1 maybe FP2, sainz floor, and an Alpine chassis.
I think they are only supposed to use the track for 7 hours at a time - better get those track checks and repairs done sharpish
Someone on Reddit calculates the "No Red Bull" standings after each race, it's totally a silly thing, but it probably would've been a more exciting season:
