I've found since changing the exhaust is that ours is always open position other then first Start up and possibly motorway cruising speed

Just had a whifbitz exhaust fitted and car sounds so much better when accelerating, it's how it should of sounded from the factory. My question is though now the car has a sportier back box is there a way to control the exhaust valve to be closed in normal and open in sports mode or open back up...

I do miss the v8 noise aswell, I came from an xfr and s6 both with custom exhaust so can't wait to get the supra done. I suppose the back box mod would be enough rather then a custom axel back unless you wanted it louder in normal mode?

I checked my date of registration on the car and it was down as march 21 so I believe the ecu is tunable? If so I will be getting a stage 1 maybe stage 2 depending how much pissing about it is at mot time
