UPDATE: Looks like my oil pump is failing according to Toyota. Coincidentally I got a low oil light saying to add 2 quarts after driving for 1300miles right before I brought it in. Toyota is saying that they might need to replace the oil pump before they can complete the oil consumption test...

Thanks for the info. I plan to have Toyota address the engine oil measuring system at the same time they conclude the oil consumption test.
