I have Injen evolution installed, car a bit more responsive and it is it a tad (sometimes unnoticeable) louder than stock exhaust. It also has 5in OD to 3.5in tube.

If you dont care about performance then go with AFE catted downpipe, its not the best catted downpipe (due to its diameter being smaller than the rest) but it will increase the sound level for you. It has 400 cells and will make your exhaust louder. I have it on my car and no check engine light...
Personally I went with MHD but still did not tune my car (waiting for some parts to arrive), the reason why I went with it is because it's easy to use and can do a quick map flashing with my mobile phone. I dont street/track race so MHD Stage 2 map is enough for me. I might have a custom map...
Found this HKS Turbro Muffler exhaust video, sounds deep! I wonder how it'll sound with a catted or catless downpipe. It seems to me that the big muffler has resonators to suppress the sound, don't know how the airflow is.
Thankfully where I live they issue stickers (a bit smaller than the number plate on the vehicle on the picture you posted) which easily fits on the bumper.
