Spoiler definitely completes the look thats for sure. The matte black actually looks pretty good ngl. only issue with it is what @Dooo stated above. Therefore, it blocks a good portion of the rear. Never had a spoiler before but id imagine thats pretty normal.

im actually not sure what rpm i was trying to downshift at. Pretty sure it was around 3k as well. Didn't want to go over 4500 rpm until my break-in is over so I was being a bit conservative on it.

Thats what i did. In my 2 attempts the right side closed properly but left side did not. the only way i got it to latch properly was pushing down on it. At least from my experience with BMWs, a spare tire is an extra option. Their reasoning is that the cars come with runflats so you dont need a spare and it reduces weight. They also modify how that space looks depending on if the car is optioned with a spare or not
