I was maybe interested in civic type r but could never get a test drive and the production is limited to 4k for usa. all that combined and the recent price increase sealed that its fate with me considering it as a car.

Anyone have any guesses on expected production numbers. The s2000 was in the 7K range per year which was enough to assure parts, after market parts, and rebuilt parts. It is one of the criteria in my decision to purchase this car.

I bought my first driver expense car in 2006 - an S2000. It has been a blast. I've been waiting for an S2000 replacement and expect to get a supra as a replacement. Just waiting for the bidding wars to end plus for the car to be out a year or two so initial bugs get worked out a bit.

My carry my bicycle in my s2000 via top down in the passenger seat. It works well. Any idea how to carry one in a supra?
