I can get some clips this weekend. I have a dual wastegate setup on a 6870 top mount. They are incredibly loud, so loud I thought there was something wrong with my engine.
It isn't easy, I ended up having it done at a shop and I watched them remove and replace. There is zero chance I was doing that myself in the driveway. YMMV, I like to think I'm handy with a wrench but that was beyond my comfort level for sure.
Found it, thanks! It seems to be this connector, I wonder if it's possible to release it with just one hand? It's super tight in there and hard to navigate blind.
I'm trying to finish installing Reflex, but I can't get the connector off of the crank position sensor. I can get my hand on it, but I can't seem to figure out how to free the connector. Does anyone have any guidance or better yet, a closer image of what the connector looks like? Image for...
As far as I was told by everyone including Toyota, the only one time use part was the collar screw. I must have left them on when I shipped my cores back. They are currently backordered for all of North America with no ETA. I might have two spare if the BMW ones fit on Monday.
After some digging, it seems we may share axles with the Z4, 330, 430 etc and they didn't use the beefier ones from the M340. I had my DSS axles delivered recently, but there was no rear axle dust guard included. I ordered the last two in North America and they are 4 days to two weeks out.

If you don't have access to ethanol, meth is amazing. I was running 100% M1 on a Pure800 gen1 B58 and it got me up to 29psi with plenty of overhead. In a perfect world, I'd rather run E85 but that's a challenge here in Canada.
It depends on your setup I think. For a stock car, likely not. For a tuned / FBO car there are advantages to upgrading the charge pipe. The stock charge pipe can handle a very high amount of boost, it isn't as big of a concern as previous gen BMW iterations. The other advantage is it offers 3...
No electrical wiring at all. There is one vacuum line that runs to a source, and they include a 2 port tap with the kit. I had this same CP on a 340i and it sounded amazing.
