You can ask for the shipping refunded and have them explain the delay. Worst case with no response file claim with your credit card company or paypal if you dont get any response
Yep, for me that's the only accurate way to get info, my sales guy sends me photos of the tracking tool when I ask. I highly recommend you ask yours as well.
