You mean this? Yeah. That piece is full CF and has those little dots to better redirect flow across the wheel. (They tested on CFD, not an actual wind tunnel - but is the closet to actual aerodynamic data we got)

installed rear Spats. These are only for the RICE Part of the car. No added WHP from them. ? Yes… I upgraded hardware and added locktite to screws. See the fitting where they join the diffuser. .. Very good.
