I’ve grown to like the looks of the G87 in the right color. It gives me some R34 GTR vibes with an extra dose of Lego style bulges and shapes. I’ve also had several concussions. So there’s that.
If it were me I’d skip the CS, save a ton of money, and put CS engine and steering tune on the...
I dig the look of this. I think a lot of the aftermarket options are way too big and don't suit the car at all. Current list price of $230 doesn't sound too bad to me either.
The harbor freight case I used (Apache 2800) had eyelets on the two front corners of the case. I zip tied those so the case couldn’t be easily or accidentally unbuckled and opened. I also left a bunch of spares inside, and AutoTuner used them when return shipping.
I'd be happy to pay slightly more to keep my ECU in country. Maybe they'll offer cheaper shipping options in the future. Though I know AutoTuner prides themselves on rapid turnaround.

They're getting internal combustion engines now, but probably not anytime soon. So Toyota could still beat them to it. Different buyers IMO.
Yeah. I ended up printing the outbound shipping label twice, but pretty small. I was able to tape it to a couple of the non-ribbed sections without issue. Autotuner had a proper plastic shipping label packet that was oversized and stayed on the ribbed area just fine.
Adding another datapoint for this unlock method.
I sent my 2023 ECU to Autotuner last week. DHL picked it up Monday afternoon. Autotuner received it Wednesday morning, unlocked it, and sent it back same day. DHL delivered the ECU to my door Friday afternoon.
I successfully tuned the ECU with...
Unfortunately they don’t. As far as I know I got the last one. They took the product page down right after I ordered it. It’s a bummer because I think it’s a really good system. Sounds good all the time, and much louder with the valve open.
I took recordings before and after replacing my OEM catback. Pretty sizable difference in volume with OEM downpipe still in place. However, I don’t think most valved catbacks are 3.5” like the one I ended up with. So that probably makes a difference here...
Their support person has been really nice to work with. They just screwed up on my order, and also seem to think they sent me the wrong tips altogether. I don’t think that’s the case, but they’re waiting for them to be manufactured before sending them out along with the clamps.
If you search...
Two weeks ago I installed a MAPerformance catback exhaust on my otherwise stock 2023 Supra 3.0 Premium Auto. This is a 3.5” stainless steel system that retains the factory valve functionality.
My goal was to gain a slight bump in volume and character in comfort mode, and a big increase in...
I'm in Colorado.
The MAP is a bit louder with the valve open than I was hoping for. It sounds pretty good with the windows up. With the windows down it's... a lot. 3.5" piping all the way through will do that.
I might just need to get adjusted to it, because the stock exhaust is so quiet. The...
