I am pretty sure coding will not eliminate it. Also KW's kit don't seem to work as advertised all the time.
I remember Jackie using them and still having some issues. Don't really know how he is getting around the EDC issue currently.
How did you confirm that the issue is not from the TPMS missing? For me and CarGuy11 we had traction control coming back on when the car detects low pressures (Less than 27 psi) Maybe if it can't detect any TPMS it won't come back on?
Reporting back after trying the car in Autox and Track last weekend. They were both at the same time so it was quite the challenge.
Can you see Darth?

Ran into the same issue with H&R springs and SPL front lower arms.
As you add more camber you will gain some caster in the process. Got SPL adjustable caster bushing to fix that.
Been super busy with the start of our racing season and all the issues and headaches that comes with it.
Installed my old Tillett seat with Sabelt harness on P2uned seat mount and Cusco harness bar. Love the driving position. These seats are by far my favourite for track duty, and they are...
Keep the track builds coming!
Welcome and congratulations.
When are you planning the install of the seats?
Interested to know if the electronics stay happy or intervene with traction.
Starting 2020 with some goodies, SPL front LCA and Cusco front sway bar.
The SPL arms allow for camber adjustments in the front which is what I need for track right now. Also after few trackdays I noticed how soft the suspension is, even with H&R springs, so I went with stiffer front sway...
Exactly! I thought I am the only one who didn't like the 9.5 fronts.
I am currently running H&R springs with a square setup (10" all around) with 13mm spacer fronts (to clear the stock suspension) and 18mm rears.
Comparing this setup to a 19x10.5 +35 TE37 square setup it looks like they...
I have no idea I thought they would refuse since its a consumable and was used on track. My frined insisted to go check with them before resurfacing the rotors since he was in the same situation with his Supra.
So I took the car. Explained what happened and next day they called saying they...
Turning traction control off for HPDE/Trackday used to be a simple task back in the day, now we have to deal with all the modern electronics and keep them happy to leave us alone. Even with traction control completely off the stability systems are still kicking in under heavy braking/trail...
Unfortunately there is nothing out there and its a new platform so all I can do is adapt for now and to be honest I don't notice stability controls kicking in as hard now. Maybe because I got used to it or from the different setup (more grip)
For the shift jumping into auto under hard cornering...
I think we will have to wait a while to know how. BMW installed so many sensors in the seat to make it as complected as possible to remove. (Occupancy sensor, Driver seat airbag, Driver seat position sensor memory, etc)
Good news is they all can be codded out with BMWs so its the same for our...
I am still waiting on mine to be shipped this week actually. Ordered it from FTspeed since no one I checked with had them in stock or gave an eta on them.
I did't know that they have adjustable camber to be honest. As for the OEM setup the front camber is fixed and I had to lower the car to...
Moved to RE71 (stock sizing) and had more aggressive alignment. Finally the car handles as I want and its a joy to drive on the limit now.
Small touches for track duty
The car has a lot of potential and to see it go this fast with few simple mods (springs, pads, and tires) proves that...
Been looking for a camber plate for a while. Ground control is making one but for an aftermarket suspension. Nothing for stock suspension yet. I got SPL adjustable front arm instead which does the same thing really.
My alignment (stock car other than H&R springs to gain camber)
-2°30' Front Camber
-0°05' Front Toe (each side)
-2°30' Rear Camber
0°05' Rear Toe (each side)
Wondering what alignment specs everyone is using for track?
I attached a pdf file for conversion form mm to degress so its all clear...
Took the car to the dealer and got the rotors replaced under warranty, then installed CSG pads. I also replaced the brake fluid with RPF660 and installed smaller spacer in the front (13mm)
Manged to shave 0.8 sec with the new setup. Braking is improved with no fade, good modulation, easy on...
