Yup, surprised by the level of secrecy they have been able to maintain regarding this project. What we know: it will have 4 wheels. Weight, engine, horsepower, gearbox, aero, brakes, wheels, hybrid system, price, it´s all up in the air at this point.

Love to hear from a BMW engineer that Z4 is faster than M2 at the track. From what we know, Supra will be lighter, with a more track-focused suspension, this is a good sign.

I agree they can be very fast, but never quite as much fun to drive as RWD.

I do love the E46 M3 for street driving and general hooning, but it just falls apart at the track. E92 is somewhat similar. F80 is much more capable, but pretty boring and disconnected. E30 is fun but slow, and absurdly overpriced. M cars are all flawed one way or another, certainly not...
