i have had 2 cars wrapped. yes it is a pain in the ass, but if they take their time its not that bad. there are spot that will always peel up or need a relief cut to sit properly. i paid $3600 for mine, that includes design and install

Data on wings is so subjective. different cars make different downforce. unless the wings are tested back to back on the same car on the same set up at the same time, you cant compare. even changing the ride height 1/4" will change the down force.
as for DRS, you should check out what Zebulon...
if you have buy a splitter with tunnels in them, and do not have behind the tire fender venting or top fender venting you severely diminish the effectiveness of the tunnels. the air needs a place to go. in the same category, splitter support rods also reduce the performance of the splitter.
