Putting it back to stock will help a lot in terms of how quickly you sell, and what you'll get. As is, expect a 10-15% hit from a stock car. The closer to stock the better.

that would be my guess, a bad batch of clutches/ master cylinders, etc. No way there would be an inherent design flaw with this high end of a product. ZF knows what they are doing. Bad batch is way more likely.

Obviously there isn’t a line but I can give you 10 cars from this forum and personal clients of mine who had clutch failure on stock power cars, all at sub 15k miles- many under 5k- mine included, it’s enough that there is clearly something that was not done perfectly with the clutches on our cars.
