Maybe its time to get a company to custom make you something. There are not much options for what you're looking for, this is definitely a custom piece if you don't like the handful of ones that are out there. Its either that or just do a bumper swap which seems like a better idea.

For the most part, when you think of front lips, you think of extensions to the oem bumper. In the case of the Supra, the oem bumper contains a "lip" on it by factory that is integrated in the bumper design. This can be seen on the corners of the bumper where oem paint can be seen under the "lip".
