19x10.5 +30 is flush, so I do believe your wheels are 19x10.5 +35, plus a 15mm spacer which would be a 10mm poke in total. It looks great dude! I bought some Work Meister S1's in 19x11 +38 (flush), but I might add a spacer after looking at your setup.
I had ESR's on my 370z, and they had a wobble as was well when traveling over 75mph (120kph). On the bright side, They never cracked or bent. I had that car going sideways over bumpy pavement 24/7 and they held up nicely.
I was in the same situation. There are over a dozen different paint variances for the tri coat white. My body shop brought out the test cards and held a few of them up against the paint.
I hear ya on not wanting black wheels. I'm not a fan either. I ordered a set of Work Meister S1's back in October. They should be here in June. 9 month wait. You've got the right idea buying used. I wish I would have gone that route.
