With the limited amount of driving I've done so far (mainly weekends), I have yet to see another Ref Blue. I have seen black, yellow, red, tungsten and turbulence grey. No whites yet either.
Long story short, I took it to a shop to get some work done. They took it for a test drive and wrecked the car. It worked out since I was able to get an A91 out of it :)

According to the original poster:

I turned it clockwise a few times and that seemed to fix the issue.
