Yep. That was the first thing I thought of also. Is it possible for them to come loose? Only reason I ask is i can hear it clicking like it's working but not vibrating.
I have an aftermarket steering wheel (installed myself). When I installed it everything seemed to be working fine. Over 4th of July I was cruising around and noticed I don't get the wheel vibration any more. I can hear it kicking in but no vibration. What could I have missed?

Switch is in the correct position. I ended up moving the mirror in all directions and it started tilting more. But it's still only half of what it used to be.

Just noticed while backing in the garage that the passenger mirror doesn't tilt all the way like it used to. It acts like it wants to tilt but just kinda moves a little.
