Hey, when I installed the gen 1.0 version, there was no extra wiring it was all contained in the hub. I took a brief look at the gen 2.0 version and it looks pretty similar, I doubt there's any extra wiring that will need to be pulled.

It vents the wheel well to relieve pressure and it seems to vent some amount of engine heat, but if you want engine cooling I would go for a dedicated hood vent setup. Sorry if this video doesn’t answer your question I can grab a picture in the morning if you still want one
