Haha! Thanks for the reply. Yes, I also feel that it defeats the purpose of going catless. So here's my thinking. Since the stock downpipe is 400 CEL, what if I put a 200 CEL in the midpipe instead? I mean isn't that the same as a 200 CEL high flow downpipe? I'm completely new to tuning my car...

Thanks once again for your reply. I will be tuning the car as well. Currently my exhaust has already had the resonator and muffler delete. My idea is just to put a cat where the resonator once was. Appreciate the response!

Thanks for the replies! The only issue is I am having troubles with finding a catted downpipe. In this case would the car still be fine with catless downpipe and catted midpipes? I am guessing it would be louder than a catted downpipe, and should smell less? Thanks!

Currently my car has a resonator delete with a muffler delete. I'm looking to get a catless downpipe but I don't want my garage to stink. So I want to try go catless downpipe, but add catted midpipes to reduce the smell from the catless downpipe. Is this a good idea? Or is it even possible...
