I think you need to view it a 3rd time...Look closer, the left and right vertical axis are not "scaled" the same and the left y axis is "power" and right y axis is "torque"...The indicated power and torque values on the plot are reading correctly...

Did you try adjusting the instrument cluster illumination wheel (show in pic below) to increase it's brightness?

I always try to use a dynamat (CLD) type material against metal frame surfaces to reduce vibrations and road noise...Noico foam is typically applied over CLD to suppress noise even further... As far as applying Dynamat (CLD) to the rear cargo floor, I wouldn't say it made a "huge"...

Applied some Dynamat to cargo area floor to eliminate any further vibrations and reduce road noise...

A 7.0 lb-ft torque difference is easily within error of measurement...Basically the 2020 vs 2021 should have close to the same torque values....

I would rather see before and after street run logs done to observe IAT differences.....Hopefully we'll get to see some actual logged data (IAT) to back your hypothesis / claims...
