Jeff, that's kind of what I'm thinking. Even the Supra certified techs, how much training did they really receive and theres no way they see enough of them, especially here in Colorado where they are few and far between. I have seen 5 supra's here now in the 4 years it has been out.
Thank you for your reply!
Yeah that's basically how I feel regarding your ugly step-child comment haha.
It's a Toyota so I want to take it to a Toyota dealership, but it's really a BMW so I feel like I should bring it to a BMW dealership. But, I'd rather pay Toyota service prices than BMW but...
Thank you, Matt! Looks good! I am really digging the look of their lug nuts but am torn between doing a titanium stud conversion with titanium lug nuts vs going with steel & steel. I read somewhere on here (can't remember where) that titanium studs can be at risk for breaking due to shear forces...
Hey everybody!
I am coming up on the 1,200 mile mark, meaning my recommended break in period is almost up. I scheduled an appointment at my local Toyota dealership to get an oil change done prematurely to the recommended first service at 5,000 miles. I know that to some, this may be unnecessary...
Have any of guys noticed a decrease in the self healing properties of your films after applying a coating on top? or does it still seam to self heal well with heat even with the added coating layer on top of the film? Has the ceramic coating helped reduce minor scratches in the film at all...
looks good. What size spacers did you go with for your '23 stock wheels? I know a lot of people do 13F 15R on the '20-'22 wheels. Wondering if the wheel specs are the same, just different design for the '23's.
Thank you for reaffirming this as that is what my PPF installer suggested, especially on large areas like the hood. What PPF do you have and how are you liking your results with the graphene on it?
That’s what I figured and was planning on-just applying it like I do to paint. Just wasn’t sure if there were any special steps or things I needed to do differently with a film.
How was your experience with the Adams graphene on your film? Are you liking the results you’re getting?
I totally hear what you’re saying and thought about that too!
This is the second stage of PPF, I had the full front end done right away and had to make a second appointment to get the rest of the car done. When I washed my car after the front end install, there was a noticeable difference in...
My car is getting full body STEK dynoshield PPF this week. The film has hydrophobic ceramic and self healing properties but I will be applying Adams Graphene ceramic advanced on it when it’s done to boost the ceramic performance of the film.
Does anybody have any tips for applying to PPF? I’ve...
Added some ease of day to day usage items to the interior today.
TuxMat floor mats. These recently just got back in stock on their website. These mats are great, fit like a glove. So much so that I found I didn’t need to use any of the clips or velcro clips that come with them. I’ve had...
see Post #21 and reference the whole thread. Seems like a reasonable amount and they look fantastic.
